- Sample Availability & Policy
Normally we provide paid samples at retail price for new customers to explore the potential market and carry out quality test, with the freight collected. For regular customers, we offer free samples, which will be shipped together with order shipment.
- Guarantees/Warranties/Terms and Conditions
We provide 1-year warranty for our products. During the warranty period, we will take the responsibility for goods repair or return if the product quality defects, cause from the production process. The delivery and payment terms of RMA cases are negotiable.
